Priscilla Freed is a lifestyle transformation coach teaching women all around the world how to achieve long-lasting change in their health. Thousands of women have had success participating in her weight loss and fitness coaching programs, including 100 Days to Weight Loss Freedom® and Camp MissFits®, her women’s fitness studio in Littleton, Colorado.
Her vision, To Inspire Positive Change in Women Everywhere, is centered on helping women create a healthy life that results in a positive trickle effect on everyone around her. She and her team empower women to achieve optimal health through customized fitness training, nutrition education, and compassionate coaching.
Priscilla’s programs have been featured on 9News, Fox31, the Littleton Independent, and other local media. She has also won awards for being the “Best of the Best” in Littleton and the “Best Boot Camp” by the Denver A-List.
