Chocolate Fondue, Low Fat Recipe
The French know how to live the sweet life.
Yield:
1 1/8 cups
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Water
- ¼ unsweetened Cocoa
- ¼ granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- Pinch of Salt
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small saucepan.
- When smooth, add remaining ingredients and stir over moderately high heat until mixture boils 1 minute.
- Pour into fondue pot or crock pot to keep warm.
